    • Attach the handlebars or hand grips to the console using the provided screws.
  4. Connecting Cables and Wires:
    • Carefully connect the wires from the console to the corresponding ports on the treadmill frame. Follow the color-coded labels in the manual for guidance.
    • Ensure all connections are secure and well-fastened.
  5. Deck and Belt Installation:
    • Lift the treadmill deck and place it onto the main frame.
    • Unroll the treadmill belt over the deck, ensuring it is centered and straight.
    • Tighten the belt tension according to the manual instructions using the provided adjustment bolts.
  6. Safety Key and Emergency Stop:
    • Insert the safety key into the designated slot on the console. This key is crucial for treadmill operation and acts as an emergency stop mechanism.
  7. Powering On:

    • Start at a slow pace and gradually increase the speed as you feel comfortable.
  3. Incline Adjustment:

    • Use the Incline +/- buttons on the console to adjust the incline level according to your preference.

  5. Heart Rate Monitoring:

  6. Entertainment and Connectivity:
